Remote Consulting & Mentorship Programme

For many individuals, groups within firms, or even small firms, access to on going advice on tap as it were is extremely helpful. At SRC, we are the only consultancy in Hong Kong that offers are a remote type of consulting service model that meets the needs of these individuals and firms.

In many cases, you may find it unnecessary or unsuitable to hire the services of a consultancy firm for a particular project, and this maybe for any number of reasons, including an ill defined project scope or budgetary/approval problems. It is for these reasons that we have developed the remote service model which is particularly well suited to professionals, small business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as managers within larger established organizations.

The system operates in the following way:

Access – you may contact your primary mentor through phone, email, fax, or even meet face to face as your needs demand. We will return calls and correspondence within 24 hours.

Information and work scope – you may request work on any area of your business activities whether it is asking for feedback on documents or plans, or input on ideas that you have. It is really up to you.

Long or short term – we can provide advice on urgent meetings that you may have tomorrow or long term plans that you are developing.

Data and information search – we can also help locate secondary data that maybe useful for any issues that you are facing.

The structure:

The duration of the programme can be either 3 months or 6 months. The fee for 3 months as an individual is HK$24,000 in total. The fee for 6 months as an individual is HK$39,000 in total. It is also for firms that are not located in Hong Kong but this limits the availability of face to face meetings.

This includes unlimited contact in any form. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the time period.
