A Word from our Managing Director

 


Marketing is the key to superior business performance and as such it should be placed as the key driver of all organizational activities. Decisions that are made without the customer and market place in mind are unlikely to be optimal. Our philosophy which comes alive through our Entrepreneurial Enterprise Marketing approach is built on the belief that traditional marketing approaches are just not working and that rather than gaining in strength, marketing is in danger of losing its credibility.

By combining innovative and analytical marketing we hope to bring marketing to the forefront again and demonstrate a measurable impact on our client’s firm performance. It goes without saying, without customers there is no business and without marketing there are no customers.

Profile

Bob Sawhney is the founder and Managing Director of SRC. He has an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Lincoln and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (US) as well as the American Marketing Association. Having been involved in marketing for both large and small firms for over 10 years in Hong Kong and the UK, he brings a wealth of experience in the Asian business context.

An active community member, Bob has provided his services free of charge to the charity sector and he has also lectured extensively at such institutions as HKU SPACE in the areas of marketing, management, and leadership. His work has also been published in several prominent publications.

He is currently completing his PhD in marketing at a local institution here in Hong Kong.
