Geoff is a senior partner at SRC Associates Ltd and was formerly the chief knowledge officer for Ernst & Young Far East Asia.

He is a Business Executive with near twenty-five years of post-graduate experience in Europe, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific marketplace comprising numerous positions, including general management, sales & marketing, business development, knowledge management and senior-level management consultancy.

He is a strong leader with exceptional inter- & intra-personal skills coupled with the ability to nurture and grow businesses and / or people within a challenging environment.

From 2001 to early-2009 Geoff was a Partner with Ernst & Young (EY). He served as EY’s Chief Knowledge Officer in the Far East Area, where he headed-up a 50-strong team in the multi award-winning Center for Business Knowledge (CBK). Geoff was responsible for driving the full-suite of CBK services (Knowledge Services, Deployment and Network Coordination) into the 11 member firms of the FEA and was a member of EY's Global Knowledge Steering Group (GKSG).

Geoff is a graduate of Sheffield City Polytechnic [now known as “Sheffield Hallam University” in the UK where he studied for an Honours Degree in Metallurgy. He also holds a post-graduate qualification in International Marketing. Geoff has worked in a number of functional areas for a number of Blue Chip organisations including The Thomson Corporation, Maxwell Communications Corporation, Knight-Ridder Inc., Guinness World Records Ltd (a division of Diageo Plc) and, just prior to joining E&Y China, with E&Y Management Consultancy Services / Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) as a Management Consultant where he also served as CGEY UK's Deputy CKO.

Geoff has lived and worked in different parts of the world - including North & South America, the UK & Continental Europe and Australia - before moving to Asia in 2001. He is now a Permanent Resident of Hong Kong.
